Swing chain is a DIN 766 calibrated short link chain supplied in sizes suited to swing hangers. It is available electro galvanized or hot dip galvanized for outdoor use.
Where Swing Chain Is Used
Used for garden swings and play equipment, hammocks and outdoor furniture, and general outdoor hanging. The calibrated links run smoothly through swing hangers. It is not a grade-marked lifting chain.
Material and Surface Finish
Low carbon steel, available self color, polished, zinc plated/electro galvanized or hot dip galvanized. Hot dip galvanized is recommended for permanent outdoor installation.
Sizes and Ordering
Produced in 5 mm, 5.5 mm and 6 mm for swing applications; other sizes are available in the standard DIN 766 range. Tell us the length and the fitting you need.
