DIN 763 is the German standard for long link chain used for general purpose duty. This electro galvanized blue version has a bright, uniform zinc finish.
Typical Applications
Used for general purpose work: agriculture, fencing, barriers, towing and decorative hanging. The longer pitch keeps the chain flexible. DIN 763 is not a grade-marked lifting chain and must not be used for overhead lifting.
Material and Surface Finish
Low carbon steel, grade 20 or grade 25, with a blue electro galvanized (zinc plated) finish. Hot dip galvanized is available for heavier protection.
