Electro galvanized security chain is a round link chain with a bright zinc finish, used for locks and general securing where a clean, corrosion-resistant surface is needed.
Where This Chain Is Used
Security chain is used for locking and general securing tasks such as gates, doors, bicycles and light equipment. This product is a round link chain. It is not a grade-marked lifting chain and must not be used for overhead lifting.
Material and Surface Finish
Carbon steel or alloy steel with a zinc plated / electro galvanized finish. This item is a round link chain; square link and D-type profiles are available in the wider security chain range if you need extra cut resistance.
Sizes and Ordering
Standard production covers diameters from about 3.2 mm up to 25.4 mm in both metric and inch sizes. Tell us the diameter and the length you need and we will confirm the configuration.
