With the factors of increase of elevator speed, floor height, elevator usage frequency,and the limit design of rope-sheave ratio, change of traction ratio and the differenceof surface hardness of traction sheave groove, etc., the manufacturing and productionof elevator ropes have brought higher requirements. In order to adapt to the abovechanges and meet the correct use of elevator ropes under various working conditions,our company has brought higher requirements for the manufacture and production ofelevator ropes from the selection of raw materials, manufacturing process, wire ropes,and the technology of wire ropes, to accommodate ladder speeds and floor heights ina variety of environments.
